With a background in childcare and management spanning 29 years, including 11 years as a registered childminder.  Joy was graded an Outstanding childcare provider by Ofsted in 2016 and expanded that provision by opening The Caterpillar Clubhouse in 2018.  A commited and hands on Owner Manager with a passion for advocating for any child with Special Educational Needs.  Being selective with recruitment and continually helping her team to improve with regular professional development. 

Charlotte is an experienced  practitioner having worked in various positions since gaining her Level 3 childcare qualification 8 years ago.

Charlotte is a natural leader within our small team, as well as being a committed key worker herself.  Adored by many of our little friends she is a very valued member of the team and has been promoted to the role of Deputy where, a position where her supportive nature is best suited.
