Our Clubhouse

A cosy home from home

Our bright, inviting setting is a fun environment with a homely feel for your little ones to spend their days being nurtured and cared for by experienced staff as they grow and flourish until they are ready to spread their wings and head off to school.

Our little Clubhouse has been carefully thought out and created with children at the centre of every aspect.
Filled with an abundance of real life objects, open ended resources and loose parts it is designed to ignite the children’s curiosity and imagination from the moment they arrive.  We are child led in our approach as we deliver our EYFS curriculum.  Each individual learning in their own way as they play.  Selecting their own resources and activities, supported by experienced educators, there to challenge their thinking, expand their knowledge, be silly with and who they know they can trust.

Managed by a former experienced childminder with 'Outstanding' Ofsted grading, the Clubhouse has evolved as a continuation of the former childminding business into a new premises which we believe has a truly unique feel.

Conscious to continue the intimate care and close relationships with the children that a small home based business allowed, this is a theme that has been maintained and the same vision is shared by our small team.

At the clubhouse we play together in one space. There are no age segregated rooms.  In the same way as at home in sibling groups, the children in our care learn to take care around their younger peers and grow to nurture and look out for them.  Older children helping and acting as role models as they themselves prepare for their transition to school
